Username list not showing on right side of screen

Hi,Iam unable to see username listed on right side of screen.i only see general chat window and iam able to receive private messages.the 3 lines on which you click to see usernames is also missing.iam using Android phone.Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you can't see the dropdown menu where Akrta pointed it out, you might try adjusting your zoom out farther. There have been issues with parts of chat not displaying properly when zoomed in too far.
