I am very disappointed that the admin dont care about getting this room cleaned up and thanks to him we are losing a very good mod. I will never understand why he doesn't care and don't want to help and I am beyond pissed off about it. If you don't care that much why don't you just quit and give it to someone who will care instead of losing a good mod who is trying to get this room in shape and who is so stressed cause the admin ain't doing anything to help get the people who should be banned out of here . The owner needs a new admin cause observantly this one doesn't care.

I totally understand what you are saying except in my case it was not Admin, I had a great Admin but i couldnt handle the changes that chat master was making and was tired of fighting a losing battle so I called it quits too. All the mods try to do the best that they can do but alot of times cant do anything cuz their hands are tied. We had one Mod fired by Chat Master cuz she was kicking out the pedophiles instead of warning. The best thing that I did was force Chat Master to ban me and I am so thankful for that. Similar experience.

It appears that traffic to the site is more important than chatter experience. There are other sites that use the same chat software and bots, spammers etc are well controlled, so it is possible to stop the bots and spammers.....the difference between the 2 sites is one CM cares, and Chat Ave CM doesn't.

The more people in the rooms = a claim to being THE BIGGEST chat server = more people to click on the porn ads = more money lining the coffers.
