Hi there @purple ghost, I'm sorry you're having some difficulties at trying to buy a VIP on here. What did it say you did wrong? What have you tried already? Have you tried to clear your history and cache? Have you tried to turn off your computer or phone which ever you are using to get on Chat Ave. Turn off the computer or phone for a few minutes? Then turn it back on. Reboot it please. Sometimes technically doesn't go correct 💯 on my side either. Just please keep trying and don't give up. You got this. You're very smart. Did you call your bank to ask is the bank side because when I did it, they block the transaction because they think it fraud you need tell them no it is me and they say ok try it again and it went through.
