I am wondering if the system is not working correctly for vip purchases. I have used a debit card as well as a credit card and on both tries it states declined when suffiicient funds are available

Does ur card have the system where purchases outside of the us r accepted? if they don't, it wont work

it should be accepted for outside the usa do you know where it gets processed ouf of
