Hello, that decision would be up to @Chatmaster
Click on their name and start a conversation with them. You might also want to mention “VIP” in the title of the conversation.
 
If the lazy arseholes running this place wont merge my own forum accounts into one, which is possible, I can't see them handing over an account with perks to you without another payment, they wont see another red cent from me,

Since you deleted your account. You will have to purchase VIP again.
