My main account is supremechiegs21 and I bought VIP first day and it was lifetime membership. I still have yet to get it and I have pmd mods admins and owner but only get responses from mod and admin but never one from owner. It also won't let me log into my chat account on here idk why

@Chatmaster handles VIP for the site. That being said, your room admin should be able to reach "Administrator" who can also sort VIP issues.

Maybe you didn't enter your card information properly or there were insufficient funds and the transaction was rejected. Try checking the account you made the payment from to make sure the transaction processed and see what happens from there.
