ok- you need a credit card, and i don't think pre paid works. You could reach out to room staff- I "think" amazon gift card can work depending on your home country.
Most Room admins can reach owner for these kinds of things quicker- or you can drop TheChatmaster PM here, hes been tagged so will see this.
What room are you trying to buy VIP in?
I used my debit for all VIP purchases

Actually maybe not entirely. My card can be ran as credit/debit for transactions OP make sure your card can do both. It’s not credit like charging but just how the payment may process.
I would try all this:
1. make sure to not put spaces in the card number
2. Clerically check your inputting
3. Make sure your card is approved for online purchases.
4. Follow up with the car issuer if you still aren’t getting through.
5. If all fails email [email protected] to see if they can advise.
