want to be mod for general chat

my username in general chat is Chaotic_neutral. i would like to express interest in been a mod. im from australia and tend to be awake when the mods are not. spamming and bots amongst other things are rife when the mods go offline. i have been kicked a few times in the past by a former mod but it was in jest as we were playing around. i know sharkbait is from australia but they do not come on often and when they do its not for long.
