Just as to his meltdown, screaming at the butter moments is the same behavior over and over again. OCD including repetitive behavioral patterns. He does the same thing over and over again with those threads come back from a ban, last for a few days then banned again. Mostly from threatening violence or wanting others to k themselves.
But the concerning thing is what you wrote near the end. I would hope that they watch him closely in chat.
