Was banned when I didn’t repeat this mistake after getting a wanring

Yea how so I’m not sure how to get unbanned I guess this is how as I’ve seen other people do this? Basically, I had posted in chat “can someone send me money for food?” And I received a warning to not ask for money and so alright I never posted anything about asking for money or anything of the sort again but ended up getting banned. I would like to get unbanned because after receiving the warning I didn’t repeat the error.
