Was wrongfully banned

On October 9th I was banned from kids chat but I was not online from October 3rd to October 11th when I went to log in on the 11th I saw it say banned overage so someone hacked my account which the account name is bulbasaur and got it banned. Also AA Sans Gf is 19 she goes by Angel or changes her name around and I got banned for being over age at 16 turning 17
