Because anytime you fire someone (which has happened more from you than any other prior admin), we never get an explanation why.

And we deserve to know what happened. On ALL of them.

That is really between the difference mods on chat ave that got fired or if left for personal reasons or school and it's the admin in the rooms business not are business to be honest.
If somebody leaves or gets fired that are not supposed to tell anybody why they quit or got fired. We are not allowed to know why and what happened. It's truly confidential.
Only person that would know is the one that quit or got fired. The admin of the chat room or chat foums or chat master would probably know the reason.
We should not even ask why someone got fired. It's none of our business to be honest. I'm not trying to argue or fight with you or anybody. I'm not trying to start anything with you.
I'm truly trying to help you out that nobody is no know there business about getting fired.
Yes @ZombiUnicornis was a great person of what I saw on foums. I never had a problem with @ZombiUnicornis or you @Jamie03.
Just because someone quit or got fired doesn't mean they're ALL bad folks. Just saying my 2 cents in. I liked @ZombiUnicornis from the foums here.

I couldn't disagree more.

The fact is our Admin has weaponized firings on a number of occasions, and often has used ex-mods' fired statuses as a reason to discredit their complaints and criticisms.

If the firing was unwarranted-- as many seem to be, including this one-- then we should know that. Having to give a public reason for firing ultimately protects the person being fired and the one doing the firing: if it was warranted, then the Admin will be viewed as just enforcing a certain degree of competence, and the person will come out better from using it as a learning experience; and if it was unwarranted then then onus goes on the person who fired them for that unwarranted reason.

Mods are not sworn to secrecy, unless they made some kind of deal with admin out of respect. It's no secret why CM fired me from Lesbian Chat. If people asked, I told them.

Enchanters hasn't been admin in gc for years Amaiseys the one supposedly large and in charge, as a vip member doesn't that theoretically make me a share holder s its my money that helps pay for the site ? The lack of transparency is self evident to the detriment of the room.its become a free for all for various minority groups with their own engenders.
poor management is rife and everyone is playing mum with any and all information. What are the secrets you all hide Amaisey why the cone of silence ?
