CM never worked with law enforcement. It's just a policy to protect this site from getting banned. But that doesn't mean you can commit a crime (using this site). If you do any (like drug dealing, smuggling, making deals with criminals, juvenile delinquency, etc), cops will ask for your info and data, he (CM) will provide all the data from his database. That's it. Law Enforcement.
Why is there No option for Deleting an Account?
Let's just say, it's another policy. Well, CM wants to keep Your Data for further use. Like he can use your data for getting attention from advertisers, upgrading sites, he may even sell your data to third parties or on the black market. (Shield Team is not claiming, he does this thing but who knows)
If that's Not the case, he will ADD The Account DELETION OPTION.
Otherwise, This would be the reason for having NO Account DELETING OPTION.
NOTE: Make sure your data is encrypted. And never share your personal information. Or else, Black Market...!
Will cops knock at your door?
The cops will never knock at your door unless you have committed a serious crime (drug dealing, smuggling, making deals with criminals, juvenile delinquency, etc). Even if they (Cops) do then you should know, CM is already in Jail. So, Behave.

Wrong Cm has many law enforcement agencies he works with including the fbi missing and exploited children etc etc
He has also advised me on how to report people for I appropriate behaviour and the right networks
