Yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience in a gc sideroom.
When I told the mod about it they appeared uninterested, despite the fact that I was called the C word.
In a 13+ room I dont think anything like that should be tolerated.
The mod said after 92 minutes had passed that there was no proof even though I said it was in the side room, they could have simply looked in the side room at the abuse I received. However they chose not to.
I also told the admin about this and I found them to be equally dismissive about the situation.
I am not happy with this situation at all as I believe it demonstrates favouritism within the room as the person in question is a regular vip and the staff showed no interest in helping me as they would need to punish the person and clearly dont want to do that.

Lets look into this, just based upon your own explanation, you didnt provide any proof. Instead, demanded a staff member go look for themselves. The report feature is how we best serve the room as its direct proof within the system. Best way for us to ensure the evidence has not been tampered with. So my question now is, why did you not feel the need to use the physical report feature if you deemed this so vile? I myself dislike that word so if I was a chatter, Id hit that report button faster than I can blink.

This reoccurring pattern of mistreated towards you has been going on for a while. All of which, ever complaint made, has never been followed up with any proof. The countless times Ive tried lending a hand and giving help, Im met with the same reply "I have proof but no need to show it since nothing will be done (Or something right along those lines dependent on the complaint details)

To sum this up, not using the report feature built into the program is not a staff member being dismissive. We need proof of things, we do not reprimand any chatter, VIP or not, based of he said she said. Since you have already spoken to the room admin and are not happy with the outcome, you will need to PM @Chatmaster with a complaint. Although proper protocol was followed.

Meg, I was far from dismissive, just because you didnt get the answer you like doesnt mean I was been dismissive, I can assure you that I spoke to the persons involved in the matter.

As Karina said, you did'nt show us any proof of been called the C word, I saw the screenshots you sent me a few minutes ago and the chatter says she was not calling you the c word. So we should just put this down to a misunderstanding or perhaps lost in translation.

With regards to her calling you a nut, my advice to you is to place her on ignore and I'll pm her to ask her to do the same.
