Grass-Fed Australian Double Lamb Chops​

12 oz. Served with buttery pistachio-mustard sauce and roasted garlic Parmesan mashed potatoes. I put the Sause on the side. This was my first time every trying this. I live in Texas not knowing they had this on the menu. I had them cook it on medium and it was still red. I loved everything. I never had lamb meat before in my life until now to be honest. I did not know if I would love Lamb. It was fantastic. I love Lamb now for any occasion.

I am so full of food now.

I try any kind of food once in my life.


I would order this again. It was very expensive. But this was a special day for me. Happy Father's Day to me DAD. I love my DAD so much. He is the best. Happy Father's Day to all of you Fathers in the world. Thank you for all you do Father's.




Then I had HENRY’S HOMEMADE ICE Cream and Cake. Omgosh this was one of the best meals in my life time so far everything. The Lamb chops to the ice cream and cake.

I had water with lemon to drink.


Yummy dinner and dessert.

Some water to drink some Coca-Cola to drink and some Sprite to drink.

I wasn't that hungry for dinner, but mom had made fried rice.

I had shrimp and veggies on the side.

I can't really recall what else we ate, but for lunch I had a Jimmy Johns sandwich that was supposed to be for lunch.
 
Probably Yorkshire puddings tomorrow....managed to find some Scoville pudding tins (non-stick) got a chuck...tatties carrots and cabbage...cant forget the stuffing though lol...and Dame (my son) will prob cook...
 
I had Chick-fil-A for dinner. A Chick-fil-A sandwich and I took off the pickles I do not like pickles. And I had some potato chips regular potato chips and for dessert I had a Oreo cookie ice cream round. 🍪 Lots of water to drink. And a medicine ball to drink from Starbucks. I really love Chick-fil-A I just don't like pickles.

I love the lemon meringue. I don't know how to smell it either. But not a fan of cabbage. Hope everything was good for you tonight. I think I love anything with lemon. 🍋. I even drink water with 🍋 lemon in my water or even make pink 🩷 lemonade or regular lemonade.
 
Well last night i made some chicken casserole. Idk wht i'm having for dinner tonight. Haven't rlly been thinking about dumb dinner. Mostly been crying.
 
Haggis, clapshot, and stir fried green beans with some truffle boursin crumbled on top. Yum.
