What happened?

When we signed up for VIP one of the perks we got was the ability to post 3 or 4 GIFs at once. What's with this + sign and paper clip at the bottom left? They both do the same thing...1 GIF. When will this be fixed?

Both the Adult and Sex Chat rooms. Also you can’t PM with a Guest

I'll tag a couple of the administrators for the rooms and they might be able to look into things. After the site updated, some things might've been missed or adjusted so we probably need to wait for them to be lined back out.
