STILL can't access. Only a grey chatroom with no users.
I was in the VideoChat room about 20 min ago and all was fine. I left and just came back and now the grey room issue with no users is like it again. No idea why this is happening so often. The other day I believe it was said it was a server issue?
This has been going on for a couple weeks now at least. The room only loads a grey screen with no users again now. Can someone please explain to me why this keeps happening and what is being done to fix it? I've seen about server reboots but that only solves it briefly. What's next steps to make it reliable?
