He ment the rubies (Ruby) in the chat rooms, General, Live, Singles, Music chat. (And probably other chatrooms) but luckly for you @Trenton Mihm @TheLeigh already answered this (I don't know how to quote, but she said this)

Ruby’s are available for purchase to make calls via the site (versus divulging any personal information) to specific chatters in the room.

@Trenton Mihm - a lot of the profiles will show a section for rubies, however, it doesn’t necessarily mean that the feature will be made available in that specific room.

If I’m not mistaken, the feature is currently up and active in Live Chat and Dating Chat, if you’re wanting to check it out.

If the feature is meant to be available in the room, there will be an option to purchase rubies in the same place the option for purchasing gold is located.
