What is your favorite Console?

@Soapie if you want old, try the Magnavox Odyssey, the CalecoVision, and the Atari 2600.

I also found an old Nintendo Game and Watch from 1984 recently. Doesn't work, so no value there.

Speaking of Nintendo, there is the Virtual Boy: 10 minutes of that and you'll never love the colour red again.

ps2 has the best games library
Any console from nintendo family always best for local party
ps4 is still holding up great after a decade owning it.
microtransactions/p2w have killed any desire to own any future console. PC is the only the alternative

Funny no-one has mentioned the PS3...

My first PS3 cooked itself and is now acting as a door-stopper in one of my rooms.
Second PS3 was the Second edition and found itself with a 5TB External hard drive attached to it.
Third PS3 was the replacement of the second one which finally could be connected online.

Yeah, PS3's are crap.
 
My ps3 got stolen in a home robbery they took my damned copy of red dead redemption with it. That's why I never got to play that series.

I had an Xbox at some point and sold it to get a 360 which got rrod and after repairing that thing like 30 times I switched back to PlayStation and I've never had an issue with them. The only I had with PlayStation previously in the past was the tray would rattle a bit upon opening but it would still always open.

The ps3 was dope AF for its time because I could use it as a media server to stream bootleg movies.

Switch is my most used console these days because I like the games on it and the portability factor is awesome. Then my PC for everything else. I used my Xbox 360 a lot back in the day and have so many fond memories. Wii was awesome cause you could mod it to play pretty much every Nintendo game in existence and put them all on a hard drive. Also a soft spot for N64 and the game boy advance. Hard to pick a favorite I love ‘em all! 😍
