What should be done about this?

Okay so, everybody knows me and sandra have a little beef or whatever. We dont like each other but dont block each other either, however.. I have never called her any racial slurs, but she came after several other black people in chat including myself after she said she was leaving for good. I though people were only allowed to have one account and also that racism is not tolerated here. I'm the last person to complain or tell on anyone, she isnt the first to do this and surely wont be the last, but I think this needs to be heard about at least. I dont know what if anything can be done about it but.. I have the screen shot that I cant post here for some reason. I can send it to the proper authorities though.

The mods are al,,very much for trolls. They actively encourage it by their lack of action.
Good luck in getting this resolved.
 
I've never been a victim of real racism or racial slurs while chatting. But if I'm being brought tho the library I know there are choices. The ignore feature is a wonderful implemented tool in chat if used. Or give the trolls the cold shoulder. No reaction (Don't feed the trolls) and they lose interest and go away. I know this isn't always easy, believe me I've been known to go off on people for much less. That all being said I do understand where you are coming from, yes at times it seems no one is doing their Mod Job, or over looking what is going on, but that doesn't mean you should lower your standards to the trolls childish level.

We don't/can't auto ban for slurs- as distasteful as they are. However, chronic repeat offenders -flagrant rules breakers, can be banned upon mod request. Flag the racism etc, perhaps SS to mods, and if needed, me. Racism isn't welcome in the General Chatroom Thank you. 🙂
