1) the subject of the thread isnt' banned. He is a VIP user and all those are reviewed by CM/upper management per owner rules.
2) Therefore I can't ban him soley on my own discretion.
3) I have spoken to mods who tell me either the subject user was either managed, actioned, or that no reports actionable were seen.
4) I won't bother addressing that banactive/mememe/stinkerbelle finally admitted this was really mod/admin complaint -(backpeddling notwithstanding)

You might think its perfectly OK to sexually assault ******** or denegrate women/men thats shows your moral culpability and lack of any sort of leadership in a 13+ room.
Another fact is until you realised the SS were wrong you did nothing for a week, instead of explaining how to do them correctly you covered your own ass and hid among the grass. Now a week later I have all these messages about "you have been warned about this" instead of flagging them at the start. You really need to be consistant across the board not just with your own agenda.
What would be the point of taking the SS to CM you would only wiggle your way out of them and plead I was not told. Again putting the blame on someone else other than yourself.
