I never used to touch the stuff but my other half converted me and now I love it. I blame him for the clogged arteries.

How the actual EFF is Brie a “weird” cheese? Mate. Check yourself before you wreck yourself.
It’s like an overly thick cream. I don’t mind it especially melted on bacon at Christmas
Ooh I’ve just remembered I love Camembert so maybe Brie isn’t that weird

nice med well burger with bacon lettuce mayo ketchup mustard a slice of colby jack and a dollop of blue cheese .... now i want burgers but just finished eating ham... imma die of heart failure by thanksgiving 🙁
You should try the milder cheeses like burrata, it doesn't smell of much and is super delicious spread on sliced ciabatta bread with olive oil and pepper.

Ah fair point, it's more cream-like, and milky/buttery, like a thick yoghurt so maybe you'd like it if you like the taste and texture of thick natural yoghurt, I wouldn't describe the flavour of burrata as cheese like at all tbh (comparing it to cheeses like cheddar, parmesan, red leicester etc)
