I wouldn't offer to take someone on a date if I wasn't able to pay for it. If they want to offer to go halves its appreciated but I would probably reject the offer unless they insist.

If I've been invited, I'll always offer you pay my way, but again, if they absolutely insist, I wouldn't fight that hard

He’s def spoiled. I mean I’m no celebrity elite so we aren’t swimming in it but I do make decent money. I want to go do nice things and have nice thing and since he’s my partner he should have them to.
