Why am I banned from adult video chat

The first round would not even let me in so I could contact forums. It said I was using a vpn which I was not using. Now I just get the kicked screen. I do not believe I have done anything wrong to my knowledge. Please let know what is going on and if I can resolve this. Hope I hear from Ness
