Why am I banned on this site, what did i do wrong cause i can’t think of any

Found these, could it have anything to do with it, have tried switching from wifi to mobile data though, and using different phone brands, would it be possible that these phones, my isp and mobile network are all blocking the site, not sure where the problem is coming from

It may be beneficial to reach out to both your isp and mobile network to inquire while things are being looked into on the sites side.
 
Will try, thank you, my isp and mobile network are affiliated with each other, i tried using a different network that has nothing to do with them and it worked, not sure if it’s because of the ip address with my network is blocked by site or it’s really my isp and mobile network blocking the site
 
I believe this is site issue, i changed the dns server of my wifi so i can access sites being blocked by my isp like binance site and i can access them now apart from this site
 
It is working now, using yandex dns server, doesn’t work when using cloudfare or ****** dns server, not sure still wether it’s a site or isp issue, it’ll do for now i guess, thank you

That doesn't sound like a Chat Ave issue, that sounds like a region issue, otherwise it'd probably happen to everyone.

If I read correctly, you weren't banned, the site simply "couldn't be accessed" (which is not a ban)

My thought is, though, does NordVPN have a "kill switch" setting? If that's on, it'd block some websites from connecting if the VPN ISN'T on.

But, in any case, atleast it works now.
 
Thing is it only works with wifi at home, not with mobile data cause it’s not possible to change its dns server, i already called my isp who also owns the mobile network i use and was told they’re not blocking the site, even accessed the site on their end, have VIP account on 3 different rooms, hoping that this will be looked into and resolved
 
My phone here is the UK likes to randomly adult content block, I clear my history, cache and turn on airplane mode for 10 seconds and go back to my mobile data. Could be worth a try.

Pls change your service provider. Few provider in Philippines blocked the site so we can't assist. We have just settled one similar issue with the owner earlier.
Pldt and smart seems to block the site for now..
