Why am I shawdow/ghost banned

On general chat My username is Nike. I paid $19 for VIP status, but my account is shadow banned — my messages aren’t visible to anyone. Please remove this restriction immediately or refund my payment.
 
When you cant keep every message you send appropriate for a room with minors in it, we restrict your ability to message people.

Stand by for the Admin, I have already relayed my thoughts on your account to her, she will decide your future in Gen Chat!
 
Hahahah you blame it on me. Irony is the chat is 13+. What the duck are minors doing on the chat. The chat clearly needs to be 18+.

14. VIP Membership​

This website offers VIP membership on some of our chat rooms. #1 Chat Avenue reserves the right to terminate a VIP membership at its sole discretion. Some reasons may include fraudulent purchase, violation of our rules and regulations, and violation of our terms of service. If you are banned for violating our terms of service or rules and regulations, refunds will not be given. If you do not log into your account for 3 months or more, we also reserve the right to terminate your VIP account.

The functions and features given to VIP members are subject to change at any time. This may include the removal or addition of features. It is in our sole discretion. The functions and features listed are at the time of purchase. Updates happen from time to time and those features may be subject to change. In the vast majority of cases, only additional features are added for the benefit of the VIP member.

All payments must be used with an authorized credit card or debit card. Use of fraudulent cards are illegal. If you are using the debit or credit card of a family member, that is allowed, however, please inform them and receive permission first. You can also allow them to process the transaction on your behalf. We reserve the right to verify all purchases. If we find anything that does not satisfy us that the transaction was legitimate, we may terminate the VIP.

You might be asked to verify your payment via email by the debit or credit card holder. The Administrator may reach out to you on your VIP account in the chat room. Failure to respond to the verification instructions will result in termination of VIP and subject to a ban for illegal use of a bank card.

It is also important to note that when you make a VIP purchase, under no circumstances will a refund be given due to "buyer's remorse", you delete your own account or if you simply do not want it anymore. The only circumstance where a refund is given would be if you accidentally made a duplicate payment.

The above terms will also apply to any VIP gifts or donations that are made to other users of this website.

VIP donated to your account cannot be removed upon request. As part of your agreement to use this website, you also agree that your account can be subject to a VIP gifted to your account. You are welcome to set your account on delete or cease to use the account permanently.

VIP memberships or anything else purchased on this site (such as gold or ruby virtual currency) may not be sold or exchanged with other members for payments outside this website. You will be banned and your VIP or virtual currency completely forfeited, if you do so.

The irony here is you thinking you should be able to to talk sexual in a room that allows all ages but then suggest the room should be 18 so you can keep being a creep

Thanks for purchasing VIP, but purchasing VIP doesn’t give you carte blanche when it comes to following the room rules. There are also no refunds. Both of those things are stated clearly prior to purchase. Regardless of your account status, the room (and site) rules need to be followed.

Scrolling back through your History in the room, you’ve been warned and actioned quite a bit, a lot of which are regarding posts that are not allowed in a 13+ room.

Please be sure to follow the room rules so that you can enjoy the room going forward.
