Why can't I post pictures anymore?

I saw that the artistic photos I put in the Literature and Graphic Forums were removed, it's saying that links are not allowed.
But I read the rules, before posting, and there was nothing about links being banned.
Have the rules changed now? What are the rules to be able to post photos on literature and graphics links?
