Why do the mods ban everyone who questions them?

The mods get mad and ban when you question their actions/responsibilities, but allow people to pretend to be 13 years old in Adult chat without banning. Is there no plan to improve these chat rooms? This is such a terrible look when this has become home of the pedo, and a moderator bans the user for pointing that out.. Someone doesn't want to do their job and I don't see how there isn't a search to replace some of these mods. (1 in particular)
