why doesnt glob keep his word?

He kept his word, you just had to push it. If either of you messed with each other in anyway after he strictly told you not to then you'll be kicked. After the fact you kept using VPNs to bypass the kicks, which lead to a ban. You did this to yourself!
He most certainly did not he allowed paige to stay on chat while i was kicked for responding to her.

I don't think Glob was in the wrong here. Though Paige can be..tough to deal with, it seems like you are instigating. I would recommend blocking her once you are unbanned.
As far as the ban goes, you have been harassing Glob for a few days now, and today was a bit excessive. Any other chatter would of been banned. I don't know how long the ban is, but it was definitely warranted. He kicked you several times, and you avoided the kick, just to come back and harass. I feel Glob has been very patient, and the issues you have with chat avenue, are beyond his control.
I suggest all issues you have with chat avenue, go directly to CM.

I only messaged her because glob LIED to me and told me she had me blocked. So of course i had to go and test it to verify that she not had not only NOT blocked me but was indeed targeting statements indirectly to me in chat. After my message went through well of course i was now going to be reprimanded for it.
Furthermore he kicked me this morning without warning for reporting her. Why should I have a special set of rules to abide by?
This all began because paige lied to a moderator, the moderator took their word and i was kicked unjustly because of it. Glob admitted i had nothing to do with doxxing but he tried to protect his moderators error and justify it by saying that i still needed to be kicked despite no prior warning.
