Why has this happened

I recently spent about 1 month of boys chat. & Came back on here. After 5 days of continued use, I've tried to get in to boys chat. For reasons it logged me out of my account. Could remember my password, so l pressed forgot password. The password it sent to my email I've tried on 3 different occasions. Only to be told password is wrong. Please advise

Hi Norcal the name is Jake. Got my account manually or machine logged out. NOT BY ME. I've tried to reset my password. Was given 3 different passwords yesterday. But each temporary password sent to email, came up as wrong password

Sorry to hear and I am not sure of a solution. Anyone else have any ideas? @Annie

I believe the quickest solution would be to make a new account. That is just my opinion though.

Hiii

The chat has an automatic logout feature if you’re AFK after a while. So that is what happened with that.

And I just tested the email password recovery for boys chat and it is all working fine on my end. Try putting your email instead of your chat username and see if that works. If not I’d recommend to create a new account.

If you go into the quiz scores. You will find I'm 13th. It's taken a long time to get that score. And to make a new account. To me is pointless, as l lose my points, & have to start All again. Time l could use to find another boys chat room. Where some bug in your system decided to log me out. But thanks for the advice.

Annie: l did use my email address otherwise I wouldn't have received not 1 but 3 different passwords which supposed l thought would get me back into my account. As for making a new account? See the reply I sent to NorCal.
