Since you are so statistically minded, I'm sure you understand the concept of self selection bias, specifically voluntary response bias. Your feedback is appreciated, but chatmaster and the admin can rest easy knowing that only people who feel strongly, especially negatively, are more motivated to respond to surveys and make forum posts. They, of course, realize that this sample greatly overrepresents the population of the singles room and skews the results towards dissatisfaction. While your feedback is always appreciated, we can all rest easy knowing that the moderators, and the users, fall within the normal distribution of chat users, and that statistically there will always be those that are under the tails of the curve... which we all agree is where you are.
