Why is someone cloning me in kids chat not getting banned?

As per the title, this is an ongoing situation across the site, every other room is banning this individual (who we know is not young enough for kids chat) who is using my picture and often claiming they are me...

Samc is the chatter in Kids Chat who used my picture.

The user was kicked by ShadowHawk and the pfp removed early this morning. I'll watch out for it and let the others know as well.

that's fair...i think Microsoft phased out the soft hyphen in the early 2000s anyways...man those were good times...fill a room with clones because you'd put a softhyphen between every letter
