Why was I banned for Spamming in the adult-mobile room?

On May 5th I was in the middle of a Private chat in the Adult-Mobile room when I received a message that I had been banned and got kicked out, reason given was for "spamming". I've never ever spammed a room. So wtf? I waited it out, then tried to get back but started getting the message "too many registration attempts..." went through the forum suggestions and got re-registered from my mobile device using mobile data.. Then when I tried logging in again from my Laptop, I got the Banned message immediately. How can I get back in? What's the appeal process?

You are not banned .Try clear all history and cache ..log out and log in again using latest link
@foreverman he is using same name in mobile .
