why was i banned?

the reason given was spam
why do i feel it was unjustified? because i wasnt spamming anything, i literally posted a brand new mesage in a privae chat to a person, and then got banned, a person i had been talking to for awhile,
date and time of ban - 31st, oct, 2025 - roughly between 9 and 9:35am (GMT)
ban hasnt stated how long its for

Clear history and cookies and cache
Turn your network data and wifi off
Put on airplane mode for 10 seconds
Turn off airplane mode
Put data and wifi back on
Try and access
Not able to view imgur as I'm in the UK and they have pulled access to the site.
no, using my pc, adultmobile chat i can access just fine, but the other, this one "https://www.chat-avenue.com/adultchat.html" says im banned with that message i posted previously, i did try clearing the cache in my browser, but it didnt work
i tried a different browser as well, i've tired both chrome and edge, both come up with the same screen saying im banned
and yeah i get it, im in the UK too, had to use a vpn to access imgur
but no, i didnt use a vpn when trying the chat site,

You tried to bypass the filter by typing “tell me if you ahve any of these, d1sc0rd, g00gle chat, instgr@m chat”
Everybody doesn’t do it and even if they did we are talking about you, not them.
We have a system filter that will automatically ban people for certain violations. No warnings.
It also applies to private messages. And yes, doing it “just once” is all it takes to trigger the filter.
The spam message is a standard format message for all system bans. Not all of them are for spam.

what i dont understand is, why this was a bannable thing, and i am trying to understand, the only thing i can find in the rules and regulations under the chat is this "No phone numbers, emails or instant messaging IDs such as Skype or Kik are allowed to be posted in public." but i wasnt asking or posting anything in public,
i honestly am not sure what i was violating,
As I said, it applies to the main chat and also PMs. You bypassed the filter in order to type the names of other sites. That’s the violation.
What would go a long way in resolving this is hearing something like this from you: I’m sorry for violating the rules. I now understand what I did wrong and I’ll make sure I don’t do it again in the future. I’d appreciate it if my ban could be lifted.

the rules of the chat mention nothing about asking about those things in private chat, if they had, i would never have asked about them, i am genuinely trying to understand what i did wrong, but when theres no rule stating what i did wrong, its very difficult to understand what i did wrong

Ok. I hear what you’re saying. If you try and type those site names they will be starred out. Like this ******. That indicates they are words not allowed to be typed. What you did wrong was try to BYPASS the filter by typing them the way you did. Does that make sense?

The rules apply to PMs as well as main chat. I see that detail is not specifically in the rules.
