Why was I banned?

I got an alert today in General Chat saying my IP address was recorded and I had been banned but I don't know what I did. Can someone tell me the issue?

It also said illegal activity but I haven't posted anything in the room inappropriate.

Hi Cracked Wall, you arent banned in Gen Chat, this is clearly a glitch. If you are on a PC, reset your modem and internet, clear cache and cookies, ect... If you are on a phone, toggle airplane mode on and off and retry logging in.
