I’ve not been made aware of any issues involving either chatter you mentioned, as one is a guest account and the other usually just asks “anyone want to chat” incessantly - neither of which fit your claims.
If there’s proof you’d like to submit - please do, otherwise I’m not sure what you’re on about.
