Are you trying to upload a file of GIF, or MP3 file or using the tools in the room? If you're trying to upload is it showing an Error message when you try to send it?

Hello Sir John, I tried uploading a file of Jpeg, GIF and mp3 files below 1mb but it didn't shows error on my screen, it shows uploading and the after the green bar loads, no images or audio appears

Hello very sorry for the late response, Yep I'm a VIP user, and the problem at first was solved but then again the problem came back
