Wrongfully banned for spam - Adult room

Hi.. I was wrongfully banned for spamming. I stupidly copied and pasted a piece of text sent in a PM as a reply in the same PM!! how do I get unblocked? Thank you.

I checked both rooms and there is no account for “Irishman123” so it must be another username.
