So, it happened again.

I just logged in as a Guest and then all of a sudden, I am unable to chat and type in main chat.

After I refreshed, I can no longer log in. Screen looks like this (please refer to screenshot).

This happens every time - whenever I log in as a Guest, or something like pasting a gif, etc.

Sometimes, I just want to log in just as a Guest and not VIP - but every time I do, I encounter this issue.

Is there a way to fix this?

Is there a way where I can log in as a Guest and not encounter this issue?

Alright,

Since we have a little over 271 users on at the moment you'll need to wait until the user count drops to around 210-200 which should be tonight.

You're a VIP there's no reason as to why you need to be on a guest account and stop pasting gifs if you know it bugs everytime.. Use the gifs the software already has.

You know the causes so start trying to avoid this as we avoid trying to fix it.
 
if you know the reason why it does it then please stop doing it the fault must be at your end we cannot reset the server every time you know what your doing will cause this issue resetting the server causes issues for other users of chat please take this into consideration
 
Wow, I love how rude the responses are.

First of all, aren't issues supposed to be addressed and let the owner or whoever develop this site to let know of the issues so they can improve the system better.

I am actually reporting these issues for the hope that it would be taken note, let the people concerned know, and for the improvement of the system.

But looks like reporting BUGS like these seems inconvenient and hassle for the moderators. I actually take effort to make this issue known not only because I wanted my issue to be resolved but again, for the hope of improving the system. I wonder if the site owner is even aware of it or if he even care to improve the system at all.

And so what if I want to log in as a Guest? Since when it become not allowed to log in as a Guest when you become a VIP Member? Well maybe if the RULES ARE CLEAR, then we would know that if you are a VIP, you are no longer allowed to log in as a Guest.

Well for your information, the GIFs that I post are the ones that are provided by Chat Ave software.

If there's nothing people here can do, the least they can do is maybe at least be nice about it.

Kindness and politeness are clearly dead on this site.

Neither of us said it wasn't allowed, you must not understand is that when we reset the chat it kicks MORE than just one person out the room and disrupts the chats flow. If you're aware that you logging in as a guest and "sending" gifs is contributing to this issue then why would you want to continue doing it?

And you shouldn't have to paste a gif, you should be able to click it and the site will put it inside your message without the need of anything like that. You made it sound like you were attempting to paste gifs from another gif service.

If you are going to refuse to do your part in preventing these issues then I will not be resetting the room for you again, you can ask another moderator. And if you're interested in leaving feedback to the owner you can always message @Chatmaster or email the chat ave support team. Looked like you were looking for technical support, not to give feedback.
