Who is them?
I believe I'm trying to contact "them" to find out what is going on. I have a theory that malware spawned a load of logins that was then flagged as spam which got my IP blocked. But it's just a theory and hopefully someone somewhere can rectify the situation.

I don't think malware is the problem I think you did. Consider you use two computers.

@Trenton Mihm I use 5 computers, but only one to access chat-avenue. I tested it on a second to eliminate any cached data, but it was the first time I had tried to access with that laptop, so I don't think it was a multiple computer usage issue.
Thanks @FairyxStar_oOo I appreciate everyone's help with this. This has been an issue for a while so I'm just super pleased it has been resolved.
