So I'm sure pretty much everyone see this message when they get banned/kicked as guest or as registered user.
Any ban/kick is made by IP address, when someone gets banned until the original account or guest account isn't deleted/unbanned/unkicked the registration or login as guest is impossible (IP loggers, VPN's, Proxies on this site are prohibited/Otherwise will result in automatic kick)
Generally please read the rules upon entering chat room, they are made for reasons!
