I can relate to the "Don't enlist"....😆
That said....I mostly enjoyed my time in the service...4 combat tours excluded.
And with that said....I wouldn't change that , 'cause experience helps to shape us...and I am pretty happy with what and who I am.
Anyways....my 20 year old self...

Oh goodness. If I had learned to tell myself no before learning to tell myself yes. I wouldn’t change that though. You have to be stupid/ignorant before you learn to be smart. I would tell my twenty year old self to sell everything and put money in Bitcoin, and not to sell until $65,481.

I'd tell myself not to worry so much about pleasing others, to realize that the people who genuinely gave a **** would be there when I needed without having to fight for their notice. I'd tell myself that loving yourself is far more important than finding temporary love which is based around the idea of a person verse the actual human themselves .
