Are people in prison allowed on here?

I have proof of a user who is currently in prison on drug trafficking and is banned in Gen chat (or was). I've never seen this question asked, but I figured I'd ask. I personally don't think they should even be allowed a phone or the ability to communicate with the outside World. On another chat site, there was a guy who cat fished women and ended up being an inmate in for life for killing and robbing a pawn shop owner.

@DynamicDylan I can provide proof if need be. He just swung by and helped himself to a mild stroke and spammed the room about rabbis. He think he might be listening to too much Ye.

yes, the actual prison argument ended a while ago. but HR came at boba fett saying that he must have a "hero complex" for making this thread. HR is the one who opened the doors to bashing, everyone else is just better at bashing HR than HR is at bashing other people. prolly because of all the times he's defended p's but idk

Christ on an ATV, that's not how this site works. There's rules against porn promoters, pedos, link posting promoters, cam girls, etc. Obviously they don't check off that they're neither of those, but it's against the rules so when they're found out, they're kicked and sometimes banned.

If there's a rule that doesn't allow violent criminals on here, and you have proof that they are, they'll get banned, just like when there's proof of someone being a sex offender, they're removed. You're not getting it at all and are saying that why should there be rules if people can just lie. You're new, I get it, but I'm asking if this isn't a rule, can this be implemented because the person in question has been banned multiple times and now, shouldn't be allowed to enjoy the rooms, especially if he's doing the same thing except while behind bars.

Reading comprehension is important. No one said he had a hero complex for opening this thread. And I was the one who used that term. Not HR.

I can’t speak for other chat rooms. Only Adult Chat. And we DO NOT “welcome and protect” pedos. As I’ve said many many times, I spend hours a day and night kicking pedos out of the chat.

I don't have your answer, but here in Brazil, criminals (pedophiles, drug dealers, racists, fascists, haters, etc.) pay bribes to be in places where they are banned, so they always come back. It works like this: the law says they are criminals and should be banned, but they pay money to the chief of all police (the politician) to walk around freely and not get banned. And so the boss gets very rich by taking money from criminals to allow them to never get punished when they are caught breaking the rules because the system is corrupt and broken. And corrupt politicians love that the system remains corrupt and broken, so they continue to make a lot of money out of it. TheDifference already addressed this but it was them that mentioned the phrase "hero complex" in a question, not HR. If someone posts mistaken information like this, it invalidates their argument. Logically, the things that someone says about someone else when they can't take time to verify who said something are going to fall on deaf ears. If you want to make a good, fast point to someone when something is being done that's against the rules, report it so that we don't have to devolve into a discussion like this.

again, the conversation didn't devolve until HR and this Difference guy tried turning it into a "lets taunt boba fett" thread. it just didn't work out how they thought it would.

You said this based on this thread of a guy who is in prison and has posted pics of people's kids and the thread that got locked because I didn't want to accept a groomer in Gen chat named Loki not getting banned. You have selective memory. You're trying to shame me for wanting to keep scum off this site.

What you're explaining are rules against actions, not types of people. Again, it's pedantry at this point but I'm trying to explain where your argument isn't making sense and is falling short. If a room has rules against posting underage porn and someone posts underage porn, they're dealt with. There is no active rule or preventative that stops a person who *might* post underage porn in that room from joining the room. So in your message, you mention rules against porn promoters. The actual rule is about posting porn, not about being a porn promoter.

If you apply that to this thread, people who have committed crimes can use the site because there's nothing stopping them from logging on. People who break the rules of the site while they're logged on are dealt with by the site. Clearer? It has nothing to do with "lying" like you brought up. You're adding reasoning to your arguments that were neither part of what you brought up to begin with or anything I brought up.

Thanks! Brazil is a beautiful country, what spoils it is institutional corruption. That is, corruption in politics is very common here, so we Brazilians know a little about how corruption works, unfortunately.
And if there's one thing we've learned, it's that criminals only come back and roam free in places where the law doesn't work. And the law just doesn't work when the police chief of the place is corrupt, that is, when he accepts money from outside those who break the rules, so that they can walk freely around. 🙂 ✌️

It was a simple question, are prisoners allowed on this site and if so, why? I said porn promoters because that's what we call them, or porn bots. They're kicked and banned. You're making no sense. You're making an argument like "well if someone's a pedo but they don't act on it and engage in clean chat, they shouldn't be kicked.".
