If you're anything like me, you'll come across comments every now and again on forums that’s directed at you, yet come from complete strangers who you've never even talked to. This is your chance to put those rumors to rest!

What are some chat rumors about you that you'd like to clear up? Please share your side of the story in this thread.
 
I'll begin:
  • I was engaged. I'm not anymore. People change, situations change. I wish very much to say this isn't the case, but life has a way of shifting your plans and all you can do is roll with the punches.
  • @Ytodd and I aren't dating, but lets call this a moment of truth: I've been in love with him for a decade. I don't think this will ever change, but we've managed to convince ourselves that we prefer offline relationships over an online one. It's probably fear of rejection, but here we are.
  • No, I'm not a general chat mod because I kissed Samwise's ass to get there. I was a mod long before he became admin, and I did it because I wanted to help out in a room I frequently visited, a room I became a regular of since 2013. Most people who have claimed Gen Chat mods are brownnosers are the same ones who never even stepped foot in General Chat to get to know any of the regulars, the mods, or Samwise. Regulars on forums do not speak for regulars in Gen Chat.
  • I'm not interested in @Boba Fett. He only said that because I called him a drama llama, which, anyone can see how deep he is in drama by just reading forums. When we modded together, I stood by him and tried to support him the best way I could. This niceness doesn't mean I want a relationship with him, and quite frankly, I wouldn't even have talked to him if he wasn't a fellow mod at the time. Me wanting him sounds more like a fantasy of his than reality, but this rumor did make me laugh! Thank you.

No one cares about your thesis. No one cares about you and Ytodd. You used to pm me complaining about DESS and @Samwise who you claimed was "scared of you". You told Badger this too.

You were a sh*t mod who let everything go as you flirted with Todd. People had to tag you constantly for you to take any action.

You've also hit on me calling me handsome and funny. Do I need to find the SS's? You had amble time to respond to my claims but took two weeks after you quit to try and address them. The only reason you were kept as a mod was because of loyalty, even though you logged in twice a week. **** outta here with that bs.

You also took off from modding and told people you were marrying Ytodd.

@Boba Fett And here you are again causing drama in yet another thread, even though you started the I-want-you rumor. You're just proving my point now.

Todd and I are "e-married," that's not the same thing as actual marriage. We joke and flirt a lot, but it's never serious. Do I ever wish we were a real couple? Sure, I do. Will I ever want you over him? No. <-- Read that loud and clear.

@Samwise and I are friends. Why would he be scared of me? Do tell. In fact, I'd LOVE to see your proof of that one. Same thing with Dess. All three of us go way back to classic chat. Now I know you've had problems with both, and I tried to sympathize with you when you did. I told you that it doesn't change our friendship. What did, however, is your constant whining and bashing of people on forums. What has happened to you? Who hurt you? You're like a child with a temper tantrum these days.

I think you are blinded by your emotions and unable to see the reality of the situation. You may be holding on to a fantasy that does not exist and DESS was exposed I bet, just saying.
 
I was hired for spam relief. I asked him if I can help out, and he (@Samwise) said yes and later on I was a relief mod for a month and two weeks. (Not saying any more than that)

I quit because of my studies. I was behind on my studies and I needed to focus on them. (I can't wait to jump back in @that one chick @Samwise )

@XRosalinaX What exactly are you referring to when you say blinded by your emotions? Which part of what I said are you talking about? I'd like to deep digger.

Dess rarely post her normal pics on this site, much less exposed for anything worse. She quit modding on her own terms. Another rumor put to rest, by someone who actually talks to Dess. Yay, we're making progress!!!

Seems to me rumors are becoming even more confusing since rumors mostly come from EX moderators of General Chat?
 
Boba Fett, you flirt with women all the time, then turn around and act like they're the ones who are hitting on you. I've seen it several times now from many different women. You have open letters to you on forums about that, I won't mention who!

Rumors don't only come from General Chat. In fact, some of the rumors about Gen Chat come from people who don't even visit the room. Consider your source when you read anything on here. If you read forums and then visit general chatroom, you'll see that there are two completely different groups of people.

That's very true, but trolls and ex mods make stuff up too lol.

General chat is a pretty cool place, i met pretty cool people there...it's my chat home now.

I don't flirt or hit on women. If you're talking about Velma_Fat you're mistaking. She sent me unwanted pics then harassed the woman I was talking to so I posted her smelly ass sat up on a public bathroom sink.

You however spent months flirting with Ytodd and ignoring flags. You were a **** mod who got away with a lot.

I also never said "no one is like you" you're Asian, I don't find you people attractive.
