VIP disappeared

I was incarcerated and not on for about 2 years, since 2022. I don't think there is anything that says it could be removed if inactive for so long, but either way, I was wondering if it is possible to regain my VIP status now that I am back? I know it's not your fault I was gone but I don't think it's right if I had a "lifetime" VIP status that didn't last a lifetime.

Well go in to the and click news message the owner his rank is a crown 👸🏻🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🫶🫶🦋🦋🦋🫧⭐️⭐️🫧❄️❄️

If you're currently using the same account and bought a VIP on that account then I'd message @Chatmaster and check, You can also e m a i l the administrator and most likely get a response quicker, I don't think they'll give you the VIP back, But you can try. I can send you the e m a i l to the Administrator if you need it. Good luck.

after 2 years, (that's hard time btw, welcome back ) your account would have been deleted due to inactivity. The VIP would have been deleted with it.

In the past when asked about deleted accounts ive been told by site admin that lifetime VIP would not be replaced. But @Chatmaster <_-might be worth a try, but chances are it won't be restored sadly.

Not sure which room your account deleted from, getting help from room admin might be worth a shot. Good luck.

OP, it might be worth requesting a chargeback from your credit card company if the lifetime VIP is not honored in any capacity, regardless of "technical" reasons.

Im sympathetic to the OP situation, and I do hope something can be done, but Terms of Service basically say it's entirely up to the site.

🙃 doesn't hurt to try to get his money back if he feels scammed and cheated. it'd be up to the credit card company to decide...who won't look at flimsy "terms of service"...and if that fails...he can always go to Stripe, the credit card processor.

I'm not sure I would agree he was "scammed or cheated" by the site- it's unfortunate OP had rl issue, can't blame the site for that.

i didn't say i thought that it was scammed and cheated...i said if he felt he was...fortunately it's up to the credit card and credit card processor to decide, not you 🙂

I'm aware of that- which is why I said I don't agree with the characterization (that you made) on op behalf.

🙂 If they don't know their rights they won't exercise them. Looking out for whats best of the users.
The OP asked -specifically if he could get "his VIP back" not the money- Looks like he got some value for his 20 before his unfortunate circumstance though? Trying Getting help within site via CM is the proper first step.

What anyone does beyond that is up to them I agree.

Paying for something labeled "lifetime" and losing it in two years is a scam. No where does it say "purchase a lifetime VIP but you must log in periodically or it will be deleted". That's probably one of the many reasons Stripe pulled their services from this site.
