The lesson here is to send the explanation first - give a description of what was contained in the profile. Of course users will remove graphic content from their profile when they see a mod arrive but mods can of course look at a users history to see if they are repeat offenders. Always ask permission to send a link, it's really helpful to know what the link will contain especially if it's adult content.

Finally, be very careful what you take screenshots of. I don't know the nature of this profile but there were times when I modded that people reported underage material and asked if they should screenshot it next time, and the answer is of course no. That might be common sense but occasionally people do act thinking they are doing the right thing, not realising they could get themselves in a whole heap of trouble.

Again, that might not be the case here, it's just general 'be careful what you take screenshots of' advice.

First Id like to ask, just so I understand what youre saying, the person who you were trying to send evidence of takes the indecent photo down when they see a moderator online?

Second, please be careful taking a screenshot of inappropriate photos, I dont know how old you are for one, but also if the photo is of illegal content, you could get into trouble outside Chat Avenue for having that as well.

If you sent the link without any conversation first (Which thats what it sounds like, correct me if Im wrong) then I can see why my moderator kicked you as links to that are very commonly used to send naughty and even illegal things. If this was the case, please be sure to have a conversation before sending said proof in that manner.

Seeing as how this complaint was from a couple hours ago, Im guessing the kick is up otherwise Id lift it right nothe 25 years of age would never screenshot any indecen image of a miner
