The lesson here is to send the explanation first - give a description of what was contained in the profile. Of course users will remove graphic content from their profile when they see a mod arrive but mods can of course look at a users history to see if they are repeat offenders. Always ask permission to send a link, it's really helpful to know what the link will contain especially if it's adult content.
Finally, be very careful what you take screenshots of. I don't know the nature of this profile but there were times when I modded that people reported underage material and asked if they should screenshot it next time, and the answer is of course no. That might be common sense but occasionally people do act thinking they are doing the right thing, not realising they could get themselves in a whole heap of trouble.
Again, that might not be the case here, it's just general 'be careful what you take screenshots of' advice.
