Nothing unusual about it. There used to be 2 Universal Mods (at all times) in forums that weren’t admins. I’m not the first. Of course, back then this place was always busy and required heavy moderation. What a time.

Let her decide, don't push it because you are more obvious than you think. To clarify overworking people is a sin. However, trust me that I know lots of people who try these tactics to burn out people and I will be honest, only uneducated dotes fall for it. @leigh at your leisure to decide your next move.

@TheLeigh don't feel pressured into becoming a UM. But remember, you'd be letting down an awful lot of people if you don't do it. So many people here will be disappointed in you. Especially the women, who need representation. So, like I said, no pressure

These forums don’t really need 4 UMs. With the amount of people and posts here, 1-2 staff should be able to manage the workload (as they have in the past). There are currently 3 which seems to be plenty. 4 would be overkill, IMHO.

From what I’ve observed, all 3 UMs do a very good job managing the forums. Especially given the type of immature, petty behavior that occurs here on a daily basis. No replacement needed.
