Hi guys
I have a pal whos a teachers aid and shes going through a hard time because she feels stuck in her job.Any advice I can give her?Shes also a bit overweight and although Ive told her not to worry deep down shes not happy with herself.Kind of at a loss how best to advise her.

She just has to keep looking and applying. When interviewing she needs to really focus on what the job duties and expectations are. Bigger people worry the physical of any new job will be too strenuous so she needs to know exactly what’s what before she leaves. Of course everyone is going to say she needs to push through and lose weight and this and that but realistically that won’t change in a day so the job is the immediate thing to work on first.

Like I mentioned you don’t want it be callus but don’t want to enable either. She needs to make all the right steps to better her own situation which is ultimately only in her control later.

This is typical behaviour of this plonker, he continues to harass me daily in General Chat, I use ignore so he comes in under guest names to harass me, or the system resets then he will come in as a combination of my name to harass me.

Guess what he harassed one too many times last night and I fired back to which he threw a fit, dude you have been warned to leave me alone or i will continue to harass you back. Enough - grow up - all this because I called you out over being a fake dentist and claiming you can write your own prescriptions.

And for the record you do look like Mrs Doubtfire except hes better looking than you are.

Fire the thieving lying women as a first step. Make an example out of the nasty spoiled woman child. Deregister the woman and put her in prison for gender harrassment.

Because a man makes you feel uncomfortable in the workplace, you prefer someone else, female friend, does not make your colleague a sex predator.

The fact that they smile at you defensively and will not submit to your woman child psychopath does not give you the right to file a sex offender complaint against the male work colleague.
