We can personalize and take too much responsibility when this is often more about them. Look at these people and ask whether they deserve your time, let alone the power to make you feel bad. Seneca said that the source of insults are often overgrown children. When you know these are dogs, then you can just laugh and forget it - no need to dwell on them.

She befriended and defended a female paedophile who posted her nudes to kids and also hit on underage girls.

That is why Cheryl is hated. She is also a mother herself. Should be protecting kids, not perverts.

The truth is the truth. That would concern me if it were true. Do you have evidence to support your claim? Hearsay is unreliable, especially online. I don't just believe anyone who claims someone else is a paedophile. Does everyone who hates Cheryl have good evidence? If they have good evidence of paedophilia, have they shown that evidence to police?
 
Proof has been posted all over forums, and her reactions were posted also. It’s not hearsay when it came from the horses mouth. Or in Cheryl’s case, whales gob.

Or are you asking if I have proof of the convicted criminal? Because if so, yes there is proof. You just need to ask the right people and/or wait for them to come online and the ones that have been affected by her antics will say so. Not to mention the media article.

Edit: she left for not even 48 hours; she got exposed for being a liar and an instigator so she announced her departure and returned.
 
Good. If proof is "all over the forums", then you can show me where to find it. Who is the convicted criminal and what evidence do you have that Cheryl supported them? And the "media article" tells you what with respect to Cheryl? I want to see that too.
 
The article wasn’t about Cheryl nor any mention. It was of the criminal- the one Cheryl defended and befriended. I can’t link you to the posts since the user has since deleted her profile where they were.

I’m sure Cheryl can tell you herself because whenever I post something she says I’m a liar despite I’ve not been here for 3 months. 😂

Fun fact: she’s only pissed at me because she thought I was bullying someone and she got proven wrong, and because I didn’t let it go, she doesn’t like that.

Fun fact 2: she even PM’d me asking to drop the situation.

Alas, the 2 fun facts are not relative to this thread just additional info. Can see you’re new to forums but obviously not the rooms, which is nothing negative of course but be wary of who you try to help/advise on here is all. Cheryl learned the hard way and now she’s a pariah through her own doing. 😐
 
People can befriend a paedophile they don't know is a paedophile. I befriended someone I came to suspect and then asked the mods to investigate them. We don't begin with perfect knowledge here. This doesn't prove you complicit with paedophiles.

I would have to know why she calls you a liar. Without evidence, I have no reason to trust you more than her. This is just hearsay from someone I don't know. And as Spinoza and Plato both said, hearsay and opinion are the lowest form of evidence.

Why pursue this with someone if they tell you to leave them alone? Was she aware there was evidence against the person? If not, it seems indecent to pursue someone who defended a friend. People make malicious claims about those they dislike.

I haven't seen your pms. But even if we assume she messaged you, there are other reasons she might have told you to drop it. This isn't an admission of guilt. You might have other reasons to dislike cheryl, and she might have told you to leave her alone.

I want to see evidence before I side with an online group. People who dislike a person lie to tarnish and blacken their reputation. My father is a lawyer who has never lost a defamation case, so I know how defamation laws work. We should be very careful before we claim that someone knowingly defends paedophiles. I have no more than hearsay, so what could a reasonable person conclude in my place?

In my opinion, using such a serious and grave topic like this (pedophilia) to make up lies, attack, and troll other people should be a source of shame.
You don’t use such a serious topic like this to troll others. Not everyone here has the mental health to go through this kind of trolling without suffering emotional damage.

You confessed with your own mouth that you used pedophilia to provoke me after I had deleted my account, and that if I had kept quiet, you would have left me alone. But since I stood up to you while you were banned, you decided to torment me. I say it again: what you did is extremely serious and criminal. You used pedophilia to troll a user of this site. That has serious legal implications—it's unforgivable. Unlike you, I never falsely accused anyone of being a pedophile. I only wrote in my own status: 'pedo, doxer, catfish'—and that happened almost a year later, as a consequence of all the trolling you did to me. I said I wouldn’t rest until I found out the truth—and I did. To me, the case is now clearer than ever and closed. And best of all, I’m now sure that the girl I adore in that room is not involved in this. That was the most important thing to me, after proving @flame_song ’s innocence.

First, you said my account was deleted because I was a groomer. Then you changed the story and said it was because I was exposed. After that, you claimed I deleted my own account after being "exposed". Later, you said @Chatmaster banned me for being a pedophile and that he told you this personally. And I disproved every single one of those claims.

Still, you didn’t stop. You used screenshots of kicks on my profile to claim I was removed for being a pedophile. I disproved that too. I was kicked from the lesbian room not for being a pedophile, but because the admin asked me to stop putting those words in my mood — as it went against the room’s rules. I ignored her request and kept doing it as an act of provocation, because at the time, I believed she was guilty of something. It was intentional. My mood, my rules.

Later, when I found out you alone were the one lying and stirring up all this garbage, I stopped using those provocations in my mood. But since you ran out of material to accuse me with, now you cling to my old mood and claim I “confessed” — and that’s your new proof I’m a pedophile, conveniently ignoring all your previous versions.

So let’s be clear:
— If now you say I’m a pedophile because of some supposed “self-confession”,
— That means:
— My account was not deleted for grooming,
— I was not exposed,
— I did not delete my account after being exposed,
— CM did not ban me for pedophilia,
— And I was not kicked from the lesbian room for that reason.

In other words, all your previous stories are false. You lied the entire time, fabricating different versions of a very serious accusation just to attack me.
